This my EDC flash light and the LM Wave accompanying it (or the other way around).

The flash light is a Maglite Solitaire, the old version. AFAIK later versions have LED bulbs. I'm looking for ways to convert this to an LED, because of its battery consumption advantage. There are a number of conversion kits around from what I can tell, I'd be happy to receive your recommendations/experiences in this matter. Kits vary in cost and performance (some even require to switch to a battery other than the AAA which the Solitaire by default uses) which I find a little bit confusing ???

For those interested, the wooden block in the back is a flash disk with a magnetized cap which I adore  :D
