   I'm a big Space nut so the Master Craftsman is one of my main areas of interest.  I almost never carry one. Carrying this one today because a buddy sent it to me this week (along with a bunch of other goodies). The Ranger is cheaper and is everything I really want in a 5 Layer SAK that I can use without worry.  :D

I can understand... especially if its rareand disco'd...

Am actually am thinking of doing a ranger with minimum back tools (corkscrew/phillips and awl) and replacing small blade with the inline awl... and probably adding an inline phillips as well...

I love me some outer space too. I've been eyeing the slightly more modern (pliers-having) NASA Craftsmans for sale from Japanese sellers. But wouldn't be able to take it out of the house if I spent that much on it.

Thinking about getting a small pliers MT that has a good phillips driver to team up with my Ranger. Kind of silly backing up a Ranger with a SwissChamp.
I do have a Matterhorn, but would prefer an inline phillips that can take a lot of torque. So maybe some kind of  :multi:

  The Japanese Shuttles are great....been on my list for a while but keeps getting bumped!  My usual MO is to wait till they are unavailable, curse that I didn't get one then have to take out a personal loan to buy one....

If you could find one I think a Fuse or Kick would be a fine pairing with a Ranger  Of course a regular old PST would be a good one as well  Quite a few options I suppose  Good luck in finding one that you  :like: :tu: I think most LM would fit the bill ;) :D
