I'm so tempted to get a ranger for the kids for camping as got all the tools there need,plus less fiddly for them  :tu:

The Ranger is one of the few SAKs I have never owned.  Ill get one sooner or later.  I have been trying to get SAKguy to give me one to no avail. :D

Flitz is about far as I go....but I did just buy some steel wool.... :facepalm:

What grits do you start with and work your way through :think:
Depeding on the scratches... The 108mm Solo, I started with 240 and work all the way up to 2000...

Medium to light, I start with 600 or 800... sanding one way from tang to tip... moving on the next grit once sratches from previous grit is gone...

From 1000 up, I wet sand...
