I love Calvin & Hobbes.  The morning of my GCSE Physics exam this was the strip in the paper...

Same here, at some point I nabbed the entire archive. Same with Dilbert.

Still trying to pile through them.
Got those frog legs.

We've imported Swedes and Russians to defend us against your hockey player assault squads. It's the dog sled driving maple syrup drinking eskimo lumberjacks that we're worried about! :ahhh

I'll try to get some pics tomorrow, but I got a new bike tool, some cool oddball SAKs, a riveted PST, and old pinchy handled Gerber, and unsharpened PST blade blank and a cool Surefire keychain flashlight.

Wow, that's a tough one to answer on account of all the neat stuff I got to see. The best thing about these meet-ups is being able to handle and discuss items that a guy wouldn't otherwise be able to. :)

Def......a toss-up between his Vic Rescue Tool and his CRKT M.A.K.-1. I don't have anything like either one of these, and they both are at the top of their respective classes. I can foresee a Rescue Tool in my future before long. :)

Hawkchucker....I have a whole new appreciation for axes and hatchets since meeting John. The restored examples he showed us were real classics. What’s even better is that the guy doesn’t showcase these old beauties – no sir they are often times right out there on the woodpile earning their keep!

JoeBW.....What else can one talk about if there are camoflage Juice tools at the party? :o That being said however, I was very interested in the collection of 100mm Vic horticulture knives that Joe brought. These little beauties are really the unsung heroes of the SAK world, and I think Joe has about every variation. Certainly more than I ever knew existed!
