Wait a minute, what sheath is that?

It's a Maxpedition sheath, 4 inch.  Pretty much bulletproof.  Has elastic on both sides so I carry the sharpener that came with the knife and a AAA flashlight.  The older ones have black elastic on the sides, the newer ones khaki.  Workchamp fits perfect, I'm not sure about the Workchamp XL.

The sheath that came with the knife from CVW only held up a little over a month and then gave up.  To be fair, it gets a bit of a workout here, but I couldn't take the chance on losing the knife so switched.  The Maxpedition works really well for multi-tools also.

Some great looking photos!

All I can offer is the stone wall in the back yard.

Tradesman, Hercules, Workchamp, Workchamp XL.

Some years back on another forum I was reading a discussion about what one item you would take with you to a desert island. Someone proposed a Workchamp XL. The general reaction was, "That's cheating!"   :D

Thanks all!

As for desert island equipment, a lot would depend on the island. A tropical paradise in Polynesia, or a tropical hell hole in the Andamans. A barren rock in the Aleutians, or a waterless sand bar in the Red Sea. If an island is uninhabited, there's probably a pretty good reason for it. (Now back to our regularly scheduled program.   :D  )

What's the verdict on the XL? Too big to actually use?
