Found this today .... a rather nice knife built I believe by Röthlisberger    http://www.messer-knife.ch/ but with Vic parts

So should it go with my Victorinox Farmer knives or in the Miscellaneous collection :)

Well, to make it easier for you, file the second one under vic farmer knives and send that hibrid to me. I'll file it safely until you made up your mind. :angel:

I can see all except the last pic in the other thread and all pics in this thread except the one in the later post where you quoted me.

Maybe something to do with google permissions or these pics are in a private folder so you who are logged in at your account can see them?

Mmmm the only difference with the last photo is it was cropped maybe you can see the uncropped version, its in the same shared folder , On my iphone I cant see any of the photos ... which is odd

As I do, for a used knife, throw it in my left pants pocket for a week or two as the EDC, then put it where ever it belongs  I keep my good Vic lookalikes and Scout style knives in the same drawer as the Vics and Wengers.

Those Bauers are pretty darn cool--they remind me of very old Elsener Vics that predate what we now know as a Vic.   Problem is the $200 price tag for the one I want--might as well buy a used  Swiss made knife resembling the old Elseners made back around the same time in beat up shape for $50. Plus, it's all carbon.
