New bicycle seat, Butch?

yeah!!!!!!!!!!
No actually anantique, old cultivator seat. Back in the old days a plow called a cultivator needed at least three people to run it. One drove the tractor & two rode these seats to guide the plow sweeps. the square hole was the steering mechanism, the two on the plow rode with their feer on a cross bar & twisted to keep the plow sweep in the correct part of the row. So that the weeds were taken out & not the crop plants. Some cultivators needed 5 people.

This is a modern version, I could not find pics of the old ones.

So how do I join this club. I have never carried any SAK except my Pocket Pal. From the 90s through 2010 it was ALWAYS in my pocket, since then, it is always in my pocket when heading out to work on something or piddling around the yard. Here is a picture of #5 with Zebra wood scales and #6 back up, if ever needed.

Z Unit reporting in. Since becoming comfortable with carrying a knife in my pocket with no clip or dangler, I have semi retired my beloved SI in favor of the awesome Pioneer X. I had removed the key ring nub so didn’t carry it.

Now it doesn’t bug me being in my pocket like that. So I have been carrying it for a few weeks now. The scissors, while not used a lot, DO come in handy at times!

While not as pretty as that blue beauty posted earlier, it gets the job done.

So how do I join this club.

Dan, Sounds like you qualify!

For the badge, click on your user name at the top of the page. That will open up a few options. Click on 'Awards' (it's a little tough to spot that option, but look around the near the top of the page). Then choose SAKMC from the available badges and submit a request.  :tu:
