Looking for some info on the Waiter Plus model
on: May 03, 2024, 02:03:50 AM
Hi everyone, I was looking around at super-minimalistic SAKs and I found that there was a 'Waiter Plus' -- effectively an 84mm Waiter in 91mm size and with plus scales, here's the SAKwiki page: https://sakwiki.com/tiki-index.php?page=Waiter+Plus. I was wondering if anyone had this model or could provide any more info on it like when it was produced/sold; I couldn't find any info in any of the previous catalogues either, so really any info about this model would be appreciated!

Well, I suppose nobody knows anything about the SAK.  Judging from the bar-coded box with a number on the end, it isn't very old.  I never saw one in a US catalog.  Might find it in a European one.  It reminds me of a Compact made into a single layer knife.
There are various old catalogs on SAKwiki that you can download if you are interested in such things.  Best wishes.  Gary
