The Wenger combo tool looks handier than the Vic.

+1 Wish I had one to try, mangled another can lid last night.

Another great post John!

Nice Compact - you're a modern day Mother Theresa Twiglet  :salute:

Um, thanks, I think?  :-\

One of the more common SAKs I've seen being used this month is the Compact. Indeed, it has a lot packed into two layers, almost as much functionality as a Climber, and it has a pen in its plus scales. IIRC, it's missing an awl which is found under the opener/flat-tip layer and a pen blade. However, like the Climber, it has that magnificent back tool found under the scissors layer, the much maligned, scorned, ridiculed, slandered and libeled parcel hook.

For those desiring to maximize the minimalist experience with their Compact, fully exploiting all its tools to their maximum potential, I draw your attention to this magnificent YouTube video, which devotes over 25 minutes to the many different and practical uses for the parcel hook . . .

Enjoy
John

First electrician of the challenge, I think. Such an awesome pocket knife. :salute: I was going to carry a Waiter tomorrow, but I think I'll have to join you with an Electrician too.
I wanted to take a waiter, and so I will :-)
(I don't have any electrician)

Day12:
Waiting for sun to rise, it may/will take long (it's 3:40am)
:o Can't sleep or early riser?
a bit of both sadly  :-\

Not wristbands - they're mini laser mounts for my squadron of attack weasels.  :viking:

Trained attack weasels? or do you just arm them and set them free?
