Oh this could be fun!  I'd be limited to either a Classic SD, or an old vintage Pioneer with the tip of the blade snapped off.  That could make things interesting!

OR...

I can use it as an excuse to go buy a new SAK!

OK, so I am definitely in... I'll be swapping around with my Tinker and my Centurian!

I have a pocket clip kit coming from Swiss Bianco, but for now I have been carrying the Centurian in an old OG Super Tool sheath I have. Perfect fit!  Too bad the Velcro is so worn out...

The Tinker, well I stuck a clip on it...

Yeah, keep them all together here.  More back-and-forth chatter and it's good to see them all in one place.

Nope, post in this thread.

You'll have to buy one while you're over there.

A good excuse to buy a new SAK :-)

Ooo ooo. I've never been part of one of these challenges, but have wanted to. I'll probably limit things to a Classic SD, but could go Vic or Wenger waiters,  Executive,  or money clip.

So,  the requirement is to post a pic every day to document use?

Ok.  This will cover most of the load:

Wish I had a Compact,  though.

I'm in. I've got a tinker and a couple of classics that should fit the bill.

Does a Swisscard count?

Also all classics etc. must be off keys, what about say an Eat'n'tool clipped to my backpack?

Yes, a Swisscard will count.  Be great to see someone use one for the month.

The SAK should be your only multi-purpose tool - no prybars, keychain tools, OPTs, etc.  But you can use dedicated tools if your SAK isn't up to the job - take a table fork instead of the eat'n'tool, for example.

I have to liberate the Classic from my key chain? Ok,  might switch to the Exec on a dangler with a AAA flashlight. The Classic would probably fly away to wherever small,  pocket goodies go to live.

I haven't got a picture to hand, but,if you've got a quarter inch adopter to fit your SAK,can you carry that over October?
There is no beginning,or ending, and for this we are thankful, cos now is hard enough to understand!

Nar I think he meant the extras. You can't be in the challenge with say a Pioneer and keep a Classic on your keyring etc etc.

What if the keys stay in my lunchbox or locker?
