Christmas Range
on: September 18, 2008, 09:10:15 AM
Here area couple of knives that I am giving away as Christmas gifts to some family.

First is a old Mechanic with a new lease of life wearing some Stayglow scales and lanyard.

Next is a Passenger. This started out as a Explorer but has had its scissors removed.  The fact of the matter is that I find 4 layer knives to thick for pocket carry.  Also it's nice to bring back retired tools.

These are going to my Dad and Brother.  And yes, I know it's only September.  ::)

Every time I consider giving my family SAKs as presents I have to consider the grief I'll get when they cut themselves ... you don't get to choose your family  ::)  Bless 'em all :D

Nice knives Gareth; that fob didn't come off a black Spartan by any chance ;)

Neil
I'm not taking any more mod orders at present, sorry.

The passenger has a great set of tools--I really like mine.

Great job on the mods!

That's a bit spooky  :o.  A very nice black Spartan that I have sitting right next to me.  It's my favourite dress SAK.

Just checked up on the names, thanks Neil!  Nice pics BTW.

PS it was my Dad that made sure that my Brother and I both had pocketknives from a early age.  I'm not sure my Brother still carries all the time but my Dad sure does.

Was that some sort of crazy coincidence? OR CAREFUL CALCULATED PLANNING?
Got those frog legs.

Just a bit!  I wanted to look over my shoulder as I really did have this knife sitting out.
