Back earlier in the summer, my grandfather hired a guy to help do some harder jobs, even though I was competent. Unfortunately, that same guy was hard on our tools. First of all, he broke a fiberglass handled hammer. Secondly, he broke my ST300, and snapped one of the jaws right off the pliers. Should have made him cough up the $30 the tool cost me. Also, it seems the lock on the handle with the plain edged blade is a little loose--which it's been that way since new.
So, how exactly do I explain that issue to LM on the warranty form?
