This is traditional Macedonian knife called ZHRENCHE. It is carbon steel blade with horn handle, and more than 100 years old.

Can you get a new one? Or restore that one? The design looks great!

It is hard to find one in better shape. New one is impossible to find, nobody makes it in my country anymore. This is an old shepherds knife and i have seen only 4 in my life. They were made in different sizes and shapes (also there is a variant with curved blade and handle) but this is the most common size and shape. I would not restore it because i like that beaten and used look.
