Anyone have one of the GEC 86 2 Acorn Barlows? Just traded for one that will be here in a couple of days. How is the 440-C on these? Thanks.

I have the OD Micarta version. The Steel gets plenty sharp and seems to hold a good edge.  Walk and and on these is great, healthy snap.

Congrats  :tu:   which one did you get ?

Thanks!

I got the red and black Micarta version. Traded away my Wenger evo 63 blackout and a normal Wenger 63 for it.

Just unpacked and slipped right into my pocket.

Modern traditional.
Sheepfoot,  bolsters,  jigged green bone meets backlock, N690 and clip.  :woohoo:

All this for about 80€.

Received this 309, small for a Buck.  Clean up today and very minor touch up with a steel to produce pain free finger slicing cut through the wipe down cloth

Ouch!  Nice wee knife (even with the blood loss).  Can't go wrong with a Pulse either.  8)
