Well, here's a turn up for the books.  Found this old pruner in a tool-bag that I've not seen in years.  It was given to me as an apprentice (about 30 years ago) by one of my supervisors and was great for cutting lagging and the like.  Tang was absolutely filthy and I was happily surprised to find this name when I cleaned it up.
