Back from rehab.
Burnout still kicks in hard, long way to go.

Beeing home I got a light friend with me, green sawcut SS Peanut.

Wonder why we didnt have a Peanut challenge.
Would be tempting.

Today I have a Hen&Rooster pen knife paired with a Case Texas Jack in Amber

The Hen has nice thick scales.

If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Hope yours is as good!

I'm starting out with Tony Bose and Boker USA.  Anyone know what the number mean on the Boker?  I've played with some ideas for the missing shield but nothing has settled.  I thought about a brass something or a cabochon.

The “9908” is the Boker model number.  I don’t think Boker has been quite as consistent as say Case over the years in the way they “built” model numbers.  It is useful however, if you wanted to search for other examples on the ‘bay etc.

:tu:  Thank you.  Its a nice little knife but suffers like many Boker, missing shield.  Not a big deal and I recall one could order them.  Not sure I want to do that.  I'm really wanting something "custom", i.e. me making something or finding something cool.

I normally grill, but baked can be good too.  Must admit I fried some for lunch today.
