Visiting this discussion is almost keeping me sane!    I must be addicted to traditionals, acquired 4 this past 3 weeks, 1 has arrived and others in route, awl are Case models!

That is a nice Fix blade David👍

But, now curious☺️

Can a SwissBuck with a clip point blade be considered a traditional?  Just asking…

I don't have the answer to the Swiss buck.

I am also very much enamored with these wonders.   Today I'll be pocketing a Case mini Copperhead, Yellow Copperlock, and Case Small Stockman.

Its not about whats happening today more than I enjoy these knives.  They all all small so they are carry wonderfully.  I drop the Stockman in my shirt pocket while the mini Copperhead lives in a pocket slip.  The Copperlock I drop into my pocket with my wallet.

  what are the scales on the Copperhead?

Bone jigged on the Stockman?

  what are the scales on the Copperhead?

Bone jigged on the Stockman?

Acrylic I believe they call Kirinite.  It has dimension which I fail to capture.  It also has some sparkle.  One of my favorite handles thats for sure.

The Stockman is brown jigged delrin.  I thought it would be drab/plain but its quite nice.  Simple yet wonderful.  Its SS and the blades are terrifically thin so every one is a scalpel.

Aloha's Mini Copperhead is indeed Kirinite. That particular one, if I recall correctly, is blue pearl.

Some great sharps for today, y'awl! :tu:

:tu: I can highly suggest Kirinite.  Its gorgeous.  Now that being said, how did I miss the Stardust Kirinite .  Talk about sparkly.

I was just telling FX I was not really motivated to get anything new and low and behold I stumble upon Stardust Kirinite
