Boker Tree Brand Solingen 280 Whittler.

I have no idea when it was made, as it seems that most newer Boker Traditionals that I've seen say "CLASSIC" on the blade. Possibly before Boker USA production was merged into Solingen production?  It is Delrin, so it can't be that old. I'm guessing late '70s, very early '80s as a result.

  IIRC Delrin has been around since the early 60s so it's possible to push that age back a little.  Great looking knife whatever it's age.  :tu:

I agree the #6 is a terrific kitchen prep knife.  I enjoy my #8 but #6 tends to be my go to.  Love the Walnut.  If I can recall correctly thats what Catherine has as well  :think:.

Been a while since I've posted pics here.  Be rest assured I am still carrying my trads and when I say trads I mean 2-3  :D. 

Tony Bose Case are my favs and my Premium Stockman is certainly a fav.  I received a wonderfully generous gift of a TB pattern 1028 in 6.5 bonestag.  It has not left my pocket since and I think thats a couple months at least?  It wont leave my pocket since I love the pattern plus it came from one helluva friend.

Closing down the day and realized I had the  TRAPPER in pocket since after coffee break time  :whistle:

The 3rd day,  it cuts well, and  even handled an apple  yesterday and the result some coloring on the CS blade🤓

My little trapper saw a lot of pocket time then those darn copper heads took over  :D.  Today I will carry my Trapper, where did I put it  :ahhh
