Taking a page from David’s playbook, I think I found a fix  blade knife that will carry like a folder, and compliment my traditionals nicely.

[ Quoting of attachment images from other messages is not allowed ]

This is a clone to the ESEE 2.5, a version of bird & trout style blade. Which could pass as a heavy duty paring knife😳

Nice looking fixed blade !   :like:

Couple of nice ones there.

Good job by GEC pairing a spear point (instead of the more common but less useful spey) with the clip point.  Wish I had been able to snag one of these before prices on the secondary market headed into the stratosphere.

I agree Nate. A Moose needs a spear blade not a spey. I wished I'd bought a couple more back then when prices were somewhat normal unlike todays prices.   :D

I'll admit that I'm much more likely to pick up the Wharncliffe version these days, but the classic yellow Case Mini Trapper is still a great knife.

Pretty sharps as always.

Today, cut a new hang tag I copied and taped over for a grandchild who I will be on pickup duty when needed as district is having issues with bus driver shortage again this year
