Just received it today. I believe that UMC Remington manufactured this model from 1924 to 1933. The screwdriver blade unlocks by pressing in the release bar on the side.

The few I have seen for sale have been out of my price range. But the bids for this auction remained fairly low until the end. I made my bid at the end with the highest amount I was willing to pay and I somehow won it. I thought it would go for more.

It is in great shape. The only flaw is the very tip of one of the screwdriver corners is rolled. I don't know if I will do anything about it.
