Same to y'awl, and that Lamb is a real looker!
Does Wright call that a Barlow? Its bolster doesn't have quite the elongation I associate with Barlows. Yet it looks good!

I'd tend to agree.

I think it was Steve who told me that the term "Candle End" is perhaps more appropriate but A. Wright do call them Barlows.

That one isn't what I'd call a Candle end. Same shape as a Bunny knife though.

Candle end is more like this one

Sticking with the Wright Bunny Barlow for the moment.  Put it to the Lansky stones to sharpen it up a bit.  It actually has better edge geometry than some, but it wasn't particularly sharp.

Good Morning!

Winter’s chill as returned to my part of world. Yesterday 62° F today presently 16° F and getting colder plus 40mph winds.

A new calendar featuring Norman Rockwell illustrations followed me home from insurance office.

My Case ‘75 and RR Working knife today.
If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Hope yours is as good!

Ooof.  That's some drop.  Went from 10C to -2C (50F to 28F) here which was more than enough to be a shock to the system.

Case Jack for me.

Ooof.  That's some drop.
I'm about four hours away from Gordon, and we got a substantial drop as well. But our high yesterday was in the 50s.

I have one that is similar, called a TEXAS JACK!
I'm now giving some thought to buying a Texas Jack, even though it's a little smaller than I prefer. I'd like to see that configuration on a 75 frame.

Nice knives fellas
:iagree: Some really fantastic choices for today!

Yes the TEXAS JACK has square bolsters, it you the pen blade and prime blade a tad larger you should into the COPPERHEAD that was a vault pattern release a few years ago.

Nice purchase on the handle.

The COPPERLOCK is another single blade option.

The COPPERHEAD had two and single blade versions models released.

Thank you, the MEDITERRANEAN BLUE, is reason I selected it for a EdC option.

You have very good taste in selecting BLUES😉

Pattern 92  is the original TJ, they made a smaller one later on.

I was being very frugal with my words.  :D  A small Texas Jack indeed.  :hatsoff:

Genuinely one of my favourite Case knives.  Small but stout for it's size.

I adore that there COWBOY.

It appears very similar to an equal end, but I can see the third blade resting in the handle.
