I'm going to do something that for me, will be very hard.
No stainless for a month.   :ahhh
I've picked three knives all 1095, 1 each, delrin, wood and bone.
I used the #06 E/O on some bread and butter pickles and now there is patina on it.
I've already I've got the shakes.

No one NEEDs Stainless!  :salute:
Everything’s adjustable

I notice a Queen in D2 there, that's enough to eat acidic food without imparting a metallic taste at least.

Nope Two are Queen City 1905 and the barlow is a workhorse series also 1095.

Uh oh,  Deans going into stainless withdrawn. Hang on buddy it will be over before you know it.    :D     You have a good trio of knives to work with for the next month.   :tu:    :like:

Thanks David.
Colds sweats and the shakes this morning but I'm going to make it.  :)

Maybe

Apple break.
As a kid I would see my grandfather cut slices around the apple, until he had a rectangular core left. I picked up the habit.
