WTTF: Fuse with old style lock.
on: September 19, 2016, 06:04:51 AM
I am looking for a SS and BO Fuse with the old style lock. I need them for my Fuse collection. I have a BO old style lock already, but if you have one in great condition or NIB let me know. I modded my other SS old style lock so I am looking for another in the best condition possible.

As for trades. I am not sure what I have right now, but if you have the Fuse and want to do a trade let me know and I will put together a list. Conus only please.

Thank you for looking.  :tu:

I don't see it ? Can you explain

SAK's rule

Taken from Evolution of the Blast.

Sometime around 2009, they changed to a T-shaped lock release lever on the Blast as well as the Fuse. The new one extends across the entire width of the handle, and is therefore easier to depress than the old one. :)

In order to accommodate the wider toggle lever, larger cutouts were added in the handle:

Also, the new lever was given stronger, larger diameter pins to pivot upon:

That has always been the best pic to show the difference with the old and new style locking tabs
