OCD Award: Awards need better ordering

It bugs me that the user awards on the awards page is in reverse alphabetical order by award name, so I downloaded the HTML and prepared a proper alphabetical ordering (see photo). Looks much better, doesn't it?  :cheers:

On further looking into it appears to be a permissions and not a browser limitation.
Possibly admins could change it but moderators like myself don't have the option.
