Every now and then I buy some multitools and knives. Got a few good ones this month.

Would be nice to see what others get and collect. Lets share by posting pictures of the monthly "HAUL".

September was my birthday, and a "lotsa toys" month for me:

Did not want to spend so much, but sometimes you do what you gotta do. I am just satisfied with having those classic SOG folders at decent prices. Will have to lay low in December, January, February.... well, who am I kidding?

I picked up this Wave at Pawn Shop for few $$ & a little old trade in blades. Other than having to soak it in a WD40 bath to pull open some of the blades & tools she seems pretty sweet.   Also picked up an assortment of bits & parts I am modifying to carry & use with it. 
Needed something dependable to carry while I send my OG Wave in for small screwdriver blade replacement (shattered loosening a small tight set screw). Carried that one for about 13 yrs so far.

I just got this Western 901 camp knife. 

Made in the late 50's early 60's it's in almost unused condition.

Nice pics, everybody!

Here are two from an eBay lot that arrived Friday... already gave most of them to my less fortunate friends who are not SAK owners.  These two won me over and have already found their way into my EDC rotation.

Half way into Jan but I already made a few captures:
- SOG knives: Microdot, X-ray Vision, Sogwinder 2, Blink, Fish on, Stingray
- Leatherman : luck out at a few old Squirt models S4, E4, and P4, and a JPST
- Victorinox: a West Marine branded Helmsman (called Mariner on WM site). Also a 7" Santoku knife for the home (great kitchen knife for the money BTW)

I have my eyes on a few folding knives, yet I doubt I will not get any unless some extreme luck.
