GOLD Shield 91mm 5 layer Help Identify

Can't find this one anywhere.....what model is this?

5 layer
91mm
Fish Scaler
File
Saw
Scissors
other standard tools
only 3 tools under

and the first thing I noticed....a GOLD Shield  I know you can't see that it's GOLD, but it is.

That's an pre-1987 (maybe 1986) Craftsman, I think: http://www.sakwiki.com/tiki-index.php?page=Craftsman

I believe the shield isn't gold but nickel silver, which has a yellow-ish tint.
