Matt, if you haven't found one yet Central Valley Wholesale Goods is an e-bay seller that has the factory brown leather pouches for the Spirit tools for $12.95 and free shipping.  Otherwise, I have one new in the box that I'd sell or trade to you at $15.00 value plus shipping.
