Traditional Europan hunting folders have three blades - a plain blade, a gutting blade (whereas US knives usually have a gutting hook) and a saw, and in addtion to these a corkscrew and a bottle opener on the saw blade. It would make more sense to have a Phillips instead of the corkscrew, like a soldier's knife, to dissassemble/reassemble a gun. But hey, tradition! In the picture: a traditional hunting knife by Hartkopf. (Not mine ).

She's now saying to herself "What a lovely young man! A bit mental taking all those photographs of everything he does, but lovely nonetheless..."Cool that you managed to fix the oven door with that little combo tool. I would have run home and spent half a day looking for a proper screwdriver...

Overall I find it an odd decision by Victorinox - I know hunters like to plod around half plastered but generally they aren't drinking bottles of Merlot in the middle of the forest. A backside Phillips screwdriver would be more useful to me and easier to clean for them - presumably the whole knife gets kind of yucky when its used for its intended purpose.Traditional European hunting folders have three blades - a plain blade, a gutting blade (whereas US knives usually have a gutting hook) and a saw, and in addtion to these a corkscrew and a bottle opener on the saw blade.
