Cardboard boxes cutting cutting cutting

Me and my Soldier playing with fire this morning.

Very nice. I wish to back to those summers, in the middle of nowhere, when a bonfire every morning was essential

Actually used the awl again today, this time to poke a hole in an envelope, to attach to some balloons, to see if anyone will email to me the location of the enclosed card when and if they find it.

Also, cut the stems off some shrooms for portobello burgers.

Day 2

In keeping with the foody theme, and because I'll still be working from dark outside to darker outside for another week, I'm afraid that shots of lunch are about the best I can do until around the middle of next week.

The rounded tip on the belt cutter/gutting tool isn't intended to be used as a screwdriver, but it's the perfect size for opening the battery cover on my wireless keyboard. Whether you could use it as a big fat screwdriver is a moot point; nobody uses big fat flat-head screws these days. But in an emergency I am sure you could (ab)use it like that.
Anyway, so far I am not missing the opening layer. We'll see how it copes with beer bottles at a later date.

3 days in and I'm already out. Not because of my Ranger 56 but because I haven't been near a keyboard or cell signal. Oh well, the Ranger has been my EDC multi for a couple years now and will likely continue until I re-acquire a Vic Hunter.
Like all of us I love the pics and updates. Keep them coming and good luck to everyone still playing.

Day 3.

We've begun clearing the city's streets and parks of fallen leaves. No need for the Fireman today.

Day 03

Easy day today, I got replacement headphone pads but the old head band part is glued on so I use the blade to slice away at the glue.

Day 3

Was all set to take another picture of my lunch at work today and realized I had left my camera at home.

You will all have to look at some more boring pictures of more knives on my desk at home.  Last month's challenger with this month's challenger.
