Please recomend me a tool or knife with next features

Hello
Im looking for tool or simple pocket knife. It must have those features:
1. Pliers with nippers.
2. Metal file and saw.
3. Wood saw.
4. Knife.

Extra features that I want to have in this tool but not a must:
5. Flat and phillips screw.
6. Sciccors

I saw that old Wenger Swissgrip 1.76.02.02 - is my choice but I cant find it to buy.
What you can recommend except Gerber Diesel, Leatherman Surge and Wave, Victorinox SwissTool and Spirit?

Here's a few pics Ziggie. There's a few minor spots of brown on the wire cutters, but I can clean that up before I send it. I didn't think it fair to clean it before the pics and pretend it was never there

I have the inline bit adapter somewhere, but I need to dig that out

You got a great deal there Ziggie. I can honestly say that the Swiss Grip is perhaps my absolute all time favorite multitool, and the only drawback to it is usually the price. But, Al really gave you a sweet deal, so that is not a problem for you! if you look after that tool, it will look after your grand kids1
