Bought. Thanks for the heads up!! Been looking for one to try out.
I personally would simply return it. Open a "return case" and mark it as " ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED"..... state that it was listed as "GENTLY USED" and that in fact it is rougher than a corn cob.And add PICS, there is now an area for that at the bottom, when opening a Return Case.In such a case, the seller even pays return shipping, all you have to do is print out the slip from ebay return section once approved. You are 100% covered by eBays buyer protection program........ with no out of pocket cost to you, just print a shipping label. Man....LOOKED good in the pics
30 days, but you should open the case. A.S.A.P.
Try and work it out with the seller before you open a case.
Haven't heard back yet. How long should I give him?

I don't think you can open a case until a certain time has elapsed. They encourage you to work it out with the seller first.
I got a message saying that the seller accepted my return and issued a refund, but have not received any return instructions or shipping label.. is he just saying to keep it?

Well... from a seller's perspective, you shouldn't issue a refund until you get your item back. So, maybe he is!
