Secret Santa 2016

Hey guys

So I'm a member on another forum and they have a secret santa there every year. I thought this would be a cool thing to bring here. I was going to post this tomorrow but it's my anniversary and the whole day is planned.

I have ran these in previous work places and they sure are fun

So the rules



Post Count:Must have at least 100 post minimum.

Willingness of cost:If you join you better be prepared to pay the price of shipping. Please don't PM me saying 'I didn't realise the cost of shipping' If you join be prepared to pay whatever the cost may be to ship the item.

Value:Item must be at least 25 USD value. If you are overseas and not sure if your item will meet the 25 USD value as you pay more then we do feel free to message jerseydevil or myself and we will let you know. If you wouldn't want it as a gift please don't give it.

Shipping date:Package must be shipped by November 30th 2016 If you can't meet this date don't join!

How to sign up:When you sign up I need your forum name, your location, and will you ship overseas. Example( Josh613-Germany-Will ship WorldWide)

Age: Please no under 18s

More Info:If you can't post what you received as your gift please don't join. We are Multitool.org and we need pictures!!

Reminder:Again you must ship by November 30th 2016 if you can't don't join. Remember shipping can be high so be prepared to pay the cost or don't join.

One potential issue might be the Atlantic customs barrier 
This can easily delay shipping by weeks AND potentially come with a added surcharge of 30-50 bucks.

In the spirit of the holidays I don't care much either way.
But better to be upfront about the risks and costs of the game - than risk bitter tantrums in the 11th hour

Will the santas be revealed eventually... or are we to take our secrets with us to the grave?

I don't know what the deal is for Denmark but for the UK anything that is marked as a gift on the customs form and is under £34 (about $41 US or €38) in value shouldn't be liable for VAT or customs duty.  Fill in the customs form correctly and don't send anything too expensive and it should be OK.

For Denmark the limit is 11 Euro, so a 12+ euro item gets a 25 euro flat fee + 25% customs (includes value of shipping) added, payable by the recipient.
But good to hear that people in other countries have an easier time of it!
