Having some Folgers 1850 Pioneer Blend this morning. With a Shapleigh Hardware Diamond Edge Cattle knife.

I had a chance to handle several traditionals last night, including a Case Congress and Sowbelly.  I was amazed at how comfortable they both were in the hand.  The Sowbelly really fit.
