You are in Europe, right? Any local Vic dealership should have them for under 3€ a set.
Yeah, find a local dealer and go through them. It's a lot cheaper/faster than ebay. The same goes for most of the "secondary" parts like extra toothpicks, tweezers, etc.
I get mine done in house at Casco Bay Cutlery. He charges a dollar a part and will do the scales right there if you ask. Can't beat that.
