Only 4 or 5, if paying someone else to do the work and factoring in donor costs?

It's a lot to me too, just saying a custom 84mm is not that cheap either, have seen Cadets with Scissors (albeit 84mm ones) going for $150...

More like 2, maybe 3 based on prices I have seen for modded ones.

If you do it DIY, less than $50?
I know that there is grinding and stuff involved, but if you have some skills with a dremal and follow Syphs guide, it looks pretty do-able?

Ah, yes. And if you have some skill with a paintbrush and follow Leonardo da Vinci's work then the Mona Lisa is doable.
