15/31.  Early morning, fresh coffee.
It's even better when you grind 'em up and add water!

Is that the newest version of the LCP?  It looks very angular now and doesn't look especially comfortable.

It is, Alan.  I own the original version as well.  It is quite nice in the hand.  Note that while the design elements are angular, the front and backstraps are smooth on the hand.  Improvements include "real" sights (I painted the front sight white), more aggressive stippling on the frame, a much improved trigger, and hold-open on the last shot.  The trigger and sights alone are quite a step in the right direction.  Its a nice toy for $289.

OH MY GOD IS THAT A REAL GUN!!!!

Those things always freak us Europeans out! Cops have 'em and that's about it.

It would be bad enough to get shot... imagine getting shot with this thing!

My own preference is to not get shot.  Don't much care what color the bad guy's pistol is.  I kind of like the pink though.

Day 15

We've reached the halfway point of the challenge!

Day 18

Nice pictures guys! I have not been online very much recently (just enough to check in and post my pictures) and here is one of the things that have taken my time. An AT-ST metal model. The are quite nice to build but not always very easy (and I would have though that I have quite some experience).

Day 15/31

Don't go anywhere today. Got flu, fever and sore throat since yesterday. So the Spirit is praying for my health

A very arty shot, showing off the contents of my pockets which are (purely by coincidence!) really cool objects made of understated grey or silvery metals...No parking tickets, bits of gum wrapped in old receipts, dirty Kleenex, odd socks or copper coins. I only carry designer crap (yeah, right.)

But then:

"Put me in the picture! Put me in the picture! I'm made of aluminium. Or steel. Yes, steel! I'm the stainless steel Jack Russell, woof woof woof! Where's the post lady? Can I bite her ankle? I bet she's never been bitten by a stainless steel Jack Russell before. Come on, this is boring. My legs are rusting. Or they would if I wasn't made of stainless steel. Let's go before you freeze to death! Woof woof woof!"

Bloody poser.

DAY 17/31

Well its officially Dec. 17 over here and I'm still awake...

Rationing Dad's meds so that it won't be confusing for him... This is a task I do every night. One of the reasons why scissors are a must on my MTs and SAKs...

I used the ratchet set that came with my Spirit to tighten a hard to reach screw. I'm glad I went for the "plus" version, it has come in handy so many times.
