[CLOSED] Rare Never Used Discontinued Leatherman Squirt P4 - Storm Gray

Brand new with original box & instructions. 2.25 in closed. Never used, smooth action, no scratches. You can’t find this model anymore & the newer version (PS4) doesn’t have the excellent small screwdriver or awl. This is a good deal especially if you don’t like the small scissors in the new model. My other much loved beat up Squirt P4 has been a life saver. Small, convenient, can be clipped to your bag or dropped in your pocket. This has saved me many a trip to my tool box or pulled splinters from my kid’s finger. Great tool.  Just looking for $45 NIB.

I hope this would be of interest. PayPal preferred, shipping included in the price (US only). For international we can work something out for shipping but honestly don't have any experience on international laws for bladed keychain multitools.

Edited with price drop. If I didn't already have one of these then I'd be extremely tempted myself.  Perfect wee companion piece to a SAK, especially one that has scissors. :)

My P4 is the only MT that is always on me (the rest get stashed around the house and in my vehicles).  I like having a small screwdriver and awl more than the scissors on the PS4 (yeah, weird, I know, there's no accounting for some people's taste).

I'd rate used ones as common, but NIB - definitely rare (I hardly ever see a NIB or NIC Squirt P4 of any colour for sale, although there was a NIC Pink Squirt P4 on ebay recently)

That is one of the problems with meanings for words - many people hold an exact, tightly defined meaning for a particular word, but cannot comprehend that anyone else could possibly hold a different meaning for that same word.  There have been great (and lengthy) discussions on such concepts as "New", "Unused", "Mint", "Lightly used", "Used", "Minor wear", "Slight marks".

My (personal) definition of "rare" is something I don't see for months at a time, then there is "very rare" that I might come across only every year or so.  If it is even less common than that I usually say something like "only 5 I know of" which is both factual and supportable, but allows for the possibility of there being others around that I don't know of.  As an example I have two yellow squirt P4s, and these are the only 2 I know of with any certainty.  But I'm sure that LM would have made more, and there was someone else on MTo who claimed to have one, but when asked for photographic proof seemed to leave MTo without replying.  (and no, I don't do photos either - so maybe you will just have to take my word that these do exist)

Hi Y'all, just keeping this thread alive. McSquirty P4 still looking for a home😀

Had a recent revelation on my EDC rotation, and decided to miniaturize my EDC except for what I felt were essentials that get used more frequently in my urban enviro. Came up when Walmart had a special on the crkt drifter and viva. The Drifter is an awesome Knife and I highly recommend it. A bit more pocketable than my CS American Lawman. So I'm currently rocking a semi full size folder knife (anything smaller is useless to me), the viva (a palm size prytool is the way to go, my Shard was nice but no leverage, and my pocket wrench is not as carryable) and my beloved Squirt P4 
The rotation seems to work, I'll switch out the Squirt with Mini Tool, Skeletool, or a Knifeless Fuse depending if I know where I'm going and if I'll be needing a full size pliers. The Shard will get some pocket time in April, big travel month for me and is the only tool that survived TSA. Dirt cheap to replace if I'm wrong.
