The problem is the part that keeps the bit from sliding back into the handle snapped off

Day 17: going on the third day in a row with the Peanut. I think I may buy another one! I know alot of people hate the half stops but I love them. I think i may get one in CV. Its a perfect little edc knife that doesnt take up hardly any space

Half stops for me were an acquired taste. I carried stockmans for over 20 years, they have a round tang and are smooth openers. I took a chance on a knife not knowing it had half stops & at first didn't like it. I carried it anyway and in time got used to it. Eventually I got to where I actually like them on some knives. Now one of my favorite barlows has half stops.

Day 18: sorry to continue to bore yall, but its day 4 in a row for the Peanut! It just fits!

"Appreciate the small things in life."

The revolver was recently passed down to me by my grandmother. In return, I take her to the range! :ahhh It belonged to her husband. Definitely a keepsake! Thought it was fitting to include it in a picture with the Peanut.

Day 21: guess what I'm carrying today!!! Yep! Again! Idk why I like it so much i guess ive just fallen into a groove with it.. the only cv ones that I have seen are yellow handled. Does anyone know of anywhere I can get/order a cv peanut with something other than that? Anyways, I went with a very light (for me) and very comfortable carry today. I will probably add a pen and notebook when i leave work.

I used to carry pounds of gear every single day and I still do some days but others I have gotten comfortable with less. Although it helps that I always have at least couple more mts flashlits etc in a bag, my office, or my truck. That way, i feel more comfortable (mentally) carrying less and more comfortable (physically) because of that.

Thanks Poncho!  I keep leaning and leaning towards building a collection of different scaled ones! that way I can always match and still "switch it up" while carrying the peanut

I'm not a very good Case expert but I don't remember seeing a peanut with a sheeps foot.
Old timer 108OT is the same length but it's not a peanut.

GDoolittle you have me looking at peanuts! I'm at  ace Hardware store today and headed to the Case knife display. Looking at the knives peanuts in particular when a salesman ask me if I need help. I replied "No not yet I'm just looking today I usually head to the knife display and have a look I guess its just a guy thing". He smile and moved along. But I may be buying soon.    :D
