I had just bought that Tilley 10 minutes before I took the watch pic, it was at -30% discount and the only one left in my size  (I saw this hat on the site of an outdour store franchise, checked which store still had my size and it just happened to be the store 10 minutes away from my home that had the very last one of all the shops in Belgium, Luxembourg and France. Same thing happened with my Gerber CD).

I already own two OD green T3 Tilley hats, but at -30%, I just couldn't let this one pass  ;).

I finally broke down and ordered a replacement strap for my Amphibia.  I tried to tough out the factory bracelet but it was uncomfortable enough to keep me from wearing the watch.  This new silicone one was cheap, it looks good and its worlds more comfortable!  This Vostok will be getting more wrist time now for sure!

Good choice, the bracelets are just nasty if you have any hair on your arms at all!

One for tomorrow, perhaps. I'll be honest I'm not a fan of this.  I don't like the bracelets that come with them. The cases and movements aren't that great either. I would buy a Seiko or Orient before one of these.

But I was given this a while a go so I changed the strap and I'll give it another go.
