Not Sunday, but as I received a pair of Skeletools in the mail today I thought I'd jump the gun. 

I'm now the proud owner of three Skeletools.  One CX, one RX and one simple skeletool.  The blue is the first I received and I quite like it. 

The RX didn't come with the glass breaker bit and I was unable to order it to a friend's place in the US as I'm in Canada and even with proper billing address they rejected the order so it will come in time. 

I'm quite impressed with the difference in weight of the CX, I may have to pick up another in time.  I kinda want to see what other colors I can pick up.  I'll likely grab the Coyote while the bit kit is a free add on as it brings the price to more reasonable.  It's quite a solid tool in a  light package in my mind.

Just be aware that the new CX does not offer carbon fiber and because of that, there is little to no weight savings.

Yup, My CX is an older/used version off eBay for just that reason.  It's likely where I'd pick up another rather than going new.  As I understand it they discontinued the carbon fiber version.

I was gutted about that honestly. I had to buy a new one just to see what THAT was all about. Sorry to see the lovely carbon fiber go on it as it was darn pretty in the sunlight.
