Awesome!

Corwyn, give us a new question!   :pok:

Until then how about an interim question- what is the only Victorinox model ever produced with the Wenger shield on it?

I don't remember the name, but it was for a Target exclusive, paired with a SwissGear (or Wenger) wallet; it was a Bantam rescale, no?

Come on you guys. I spotted the error within 10 seconds.

The fact that it's a Hercules and not an Equestrian?

Yes Sir!  :salute:

I guess that means I'm supposed to ask the next question. I'll stick to the SAK area and ask:
What Swedish knife company did Wenger make a collaborative series with?

Eka

The attached photo will explain how I am familiar with Eka knives. It shows most of my Ekas

I guess I will ask the next question.  It is still in the SAK area.

What year did NASA place a crew equipment order for  Victorinox knives and what was the model and quantity that they ordered?

Nice going Yalius.  I was aware of the first 4, but not the XTi or the Slv.

Great question Poncho!

The XTi and Ti were the original two, and the XTi was basically the ALX but in Titanium while the Ti was more like the AL.  The XTi and Ti were discontinued so that Leatherman could expand the line with the aluminum versions (AL and ALX) and the new, higher priced TTi in titanium.

The SLV is like the AL except in grey anodised aluminum instead of the more standard black and was made exclusively for Costco.

Of course, the above list doesn't include the Charge MTO models....  >:D

These were manufactured in very limited quantities- 5 x green and 5 x blue.  They also predate Texas Tool Crafter's customs by a few years.  :D

But, I guess as they don't count as they weren't factory issue.  :D

No problem Poncho. The SLV often trips people up since it was a limited item available through one retailer.  And honestly, if we here at Multitool.org don't take the responsibility to teach our members about the various Charge models, they are going to learn about them on the street, and I don't think either of us want that.   :ahhh
