The problem is also the number of questions, making it difficult to know which is still valid and how many you need to answer.

I asked a question as I assumed that I was the only one asking, but it got lost in the following question posts.

Is this oriented as a a fun thread or is it designed to check who knows about the most obscure multitools or owns them? It is not clear now.

The original poster said:
Let's play MTO Trivia!

The rules are simple- I will ask a question of general multitool knowledge and the first person to answer it correctly gets to ask their question.  Whoever answers that question correctly gets to ask the next question and so on.  Should there be a dispute, it will be up to a moderator (or if it involves one or more mods, it will be up to me) to make the decision.

Given this crowd, we should end up with an excellent reference thread for new users:D

Def

If the questions are hard then only a few can participate, and they get bored answering all the questions.

I suggest that:

1.  We only have one question at the same time - no multiple posters/questions
2. The question should be reasonably easy to answer googling the forum.
3. The answer should be something useful to new members
4 . If the question is not answered within one day then the poster of the question should provide the answer and ask another one/suggest someone else to do so.
5. The questions are valid for 1 day- If it is not answered by anyone, including the poster of the question, then the mods should just ask a new question.

Well, I'll put you out of your misery with my last question (so that's one less question to worry about). The other tool which the CRKT Getaway Driver converts to full size hex bits is...

Gerber Balance

I guess I'd better ask a question then (and keeping with the precedent of a non-common brand, this'n is not made by LM, Gerber, Kershaw, Bear, Al Mar Buck, Schrade, Kutmaster, Vic or Wenger, nor is it a cheap knock-off of another brand).  I also like the concept of starting with a sparse clue, then adding more clues if no-one guesses it.  So here goes:

Clue 1:  Flattish rectangular form.

Clue 2:  No pliers or file.

What say you ?

Byrd Harp?

Nice try, but nope.  Think more box shaped .....

Clue 3:  Only one cutting tool (plain edge blade)

Emerson EDC

Nope (sorry).     Clue 4:  Used a promotional tool for MANY different companies (more than any other tool I've seen).

Case/Zippo Fixxit. It seemed to outlast its run as a normal catalog item as a promotional tool .

Ding !  Ding !  Ding !  We have another winner  :D   :tu:

(and now you have to think up a new question)   I would have given bonus points for mentioning the "Shooters Tool" variant.

Might as well dig this thread up from the depths...

I'll go super easy for the first one: What does it say on the INSIDE of the MTO Wristband?
