Here's a hint- there's a very special reason the bit holder on the end is detachable, and it has to do with another tool.

From their site, not that I knew the answer without researching it:
for use of the bits in conjunction with "the CRKT® Zilla-Tool Jr"

The design brief was for a shrunken down Zilla, and someone forgot to tell them to not factor down the bit driver by the same percentage as the rest of the tool. This ended up with a duff bit driver size which no bits fitted. The Getaway Driver was introduced so that standard bits could be used in the Zilla Jr - effectively an adaptor to make up for an earlier design cock-up.

Question:
Name three multitool brands named after places.

Note: Must have the place name in their brand name. SwissTech doesn't count, as Swiss isn't a place

Edit: rephrased the question

You were both correct, but Al was more correct, so I'll give it to him.  :D

The first was definitely one of the three I had in mind  :tu:
The second I had heard of, but didn't know it was named after a place
The third I've never heard of  :-[

So if anyone wants to carry on further with this question, there are at least two more, and 90% of our members will recognise both brands  ;)

Clue #1: Both places begin with letters of the alphabet

Clue #2: Both places are on this planet

Clue #3: One is 8 hours behind Greenwich Mean Time and the other is two hours ahead

Clue #4: Both companies are still going strong

Clue #5: Somebody will argue that one of them isn't a place and that the other one doesn't make multitools

Clue #6: I don't give a crap anymore

Clue #8: I forgot clue #7

Clue #9: Both have profited from tools with instant deployment

SOG of course...

Because their place of production was so close to Canada they called themselves "South of Canada" or SOC for short... after setting everything up, they realized that they had a typo and everything was labeled SOG, so they claimed that calling themselves "Studies and Observations Group" was the plan all along...

Also, Havalon sounds like a place to visit...
It wouldn't be the internet without people complaining.

Do we have a current question on the go or do we need one?  And if so, who's turn is it?
