He does to folks in the US.  I'm not sure about international shipments, but I think they're USPS also.

I've gotten my stuff usps, manila envelope, wrapped in bubble, always fine.

I'm in the US. I just want to avoid the Brown Poop Suit Delivery Service. Better luck with the USPS.

I've never had any involvement whatsoever with UPS, but I know when to upload an old favourite picture!

The one thing I hate about USPS is their crappy tracking. Most packages don't show any updates until I actually receive the pacakge. Gee.... that really tells me a lot. Otherwise, USPS works fine. AFAICR, I've never had a lost package yet.

Yes, USPS only for both U.S. and International. Now if THAT UPS person came to the door she would get all my business.
