I got hold of some thread gauges and some taps and l'm calling the Kick  pivot thread as 5-40 unc.
Interestingly it turns out that the PST ll pivot's are 6-32 unc.

This makes it a bit harder as l know need to find a suitable stainless steel button head screw.

Anyway, the PST Ii pivot goes on the lathe this lunch time...
