Ok so we've heard a bunch of options, but I'm relatively certain that this is the best... :D

Pliers:
No crimper

Outside:
154cm plain edge
154cm serrated
File (diamond, of course!)
Saw

Inside:
Side 1:
-Long reach phillips driver (ala blast or core)
-Scissors (I actually like the charge scissors, not quite as good as Surge, but more then adequate)
   -Awl with thread loop
Side 2:
-Combo large flathead bottle opener wire stripper from a Vic Swiss Army Knife or swisstool (I know, I may be dreaming but i think thats a great tool)
-Largest flathead you can find, to be eventually ground down into a swisstool like chisel
-Medium to small dedicated flathead, so you can reach big screws that are too deep for the combo bottle opener, as well as be able to fit     smaller flathead screws

If you can start making THAT tool in extended production runs,  cheers mate, you're gonna make some sick money.
If it just ends up being one, and its a give-a-way.... :gimme: :gimme: :gimme: lol

Awesome idea man, and good luck with it.  It's gonna turn out badass any way it ends up! And hey, maybe leatherman will take notice and release a new model with some of these changes :ahhh

Well, ill tell you what. Im actually not a huge fan of scissors on full sized multi's because I ALWAYS have my trusty Micra with me, and those scissors do-all for me. I just threw it in there cause I figured others would appreciate scissors.  What would YOU rather have then scissors in that spot, assuming everything else stayed the same.  Theres a small chance I would put a can opener/small screwdriver there, then just make the dedicated driver a medium, but I'm not sure.

If i put the large Philips from the Blast into one leg, there is only room for one more implement.
This can be the can opener, the smaller screwdriver or the bigger screwdriver.
The scissors will fit, but will interfere with the opening of the Philips (or vice versa)

I haven't experimented with an awl yet, was thinking about using one from SOG
Otherwise i would have to make one from the bigger screwdriver.

Another thing, should this tool have a few dedicated drivers for slotted screws or replace them with other items ?
In that case your only option would be to use the bitdriver on the Philips with extra bits,

Any way you can fit a philips with a DECENT reach and still be able to fit 2 tools into that leg? That would be optimal, but if you can fit the philips and only one other tool, I would say put the biggest screwdriver in so it can be filed down into a chisel (a tool like the swisstool chisel, very nice blade to have).  The other leg should then be an awl, a bottle opener/large screwdriver (ala Vic SAK), and a Medium to small dedicated flathead, so you can reach big screws that are too deep for the combo bottle opener, as well as be able to fit smaller flathead screws

Still waiting for the parts shipment.
At the moment my collegue has taken over the repairs because i'm quite busy again doing other stuff, so it will take some time.

My girlfriend and i are planning a trip to Florida in the beginning of December, so i'll try to finish the tool before that.
If it doesn't work out that way i'm going to ask Defender permission to do a giveaway with one of the Charge's i've already built in the first or second week of November.

Slowly but surely the knifeforum is growing, and the response is good so i'm pleased so far.
Andrew Jordan, one of Europe's greatest custom knifemakers recently joined us.
He has his own subforum now, just as a few promising Dutch custom knifemakers.

With the forum i hope to create a voice against the current stream of political correctness and it's ridiculous views towards knives and multitools with knives.
We have our fair share of knife related violence too, just as in the UK and the United States, but banning more and more inanimate objects isn't the solution to that problem.

Over here 99% of the stabbings is muslem related, is this the same in the UK ?

Dont know bout England , but Denmarks strict laws were largley caused by Muslims using , you guessed it - kitchen knives.

Back on topic , I love your 154cm serrated blades. Pair that up with a good awl an I would be happy.

I'm not sure that would be the case here in the UK, but one of our resident cops would probably know better than I. If I had to guess, I'd say that 99% of our knife crime would be alcohol related, and of those, I think I remember reading that a fair proportion are "domestic" cases. It's almost always kitchen knives involved.

One good thing about Muslim culture is that alcohol simply doesn't feature! In fact I would go as far as to say that most of the muslims I know are very religious people, and are therefore generally very law abiding.

I used to come here a lot.

When in another country respect the traditions and laws of your host/adopted country. No to so called "Honor" killing, there is nothing honorable in killing.

We don't have a problem with stabbings around here.

However, they have banned Glass Glasses in pubs, clubs & hotels due to the number of Glass related assaults ("Glassings")  :D

British knife crime seems to be down to indidgenous scrotes. In France it centers round N African migrant.each jurisdiction has its own demographic.
