I have a few real Swiss Army Knives (not the pretend ones with red handles - although I have a few of those too) - and one old British Army Knife and that's it for me

I'd love to hear more about your military knife collection.  I've got more than a few myself, although mostly limited to military issue Swiss Army Knives and multitools.
