Leatherman Styles.
I have one unboxed pink one and three boxed blue ones. These were Leatherman's answer to the Victorinox SD Classic. Knife blade, scissors, nail file / screwdriver and tweezers. Now discontinued and hard to find. These are tiny and dangle on your keys almost un-noticed.
