these are the three garden tools that I don't keep in the garden
(Image removed from quote.)
What are the orange secateurs TP? They look like Bahcos which are actually my favourite.

Bahco they are. Very good  :salute:

(Image removed from quote.)

the worst quality shears and pruners are used indoors  :ahhh
So... are you saying they are good or bad?

good for the average person who does minimal plant care & maintenance
bad compared to tools used by professionals or enthusiasts in their gardens and plants  :salute:

I have searched and asked but no luck so far   not even with a couple smarthpone apps for plant ID and a visual guide/book

I appreciate any help a lot  :salute:

Planted onion sets, pole beans and harvested some asparagus

I was exposed to asparagus way too early and grew to dislike it not a little. That Bull Nose is lovely though.  :like: :like:

I wonder if it is a type of cactus?
I have a plant my Mum always called inch plant because of the segmented leaves, and it turns out it is a type of cactus: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schlumbergera

The leaves of your plant have a similar texture.

thanks Ron and Syncop8r,
it looks like it's of that family of species yet not exactly that species (Epiphyllum anguliger), much appreciated  :tu:

My scala of Opinel tools, with the new saw, as the previous one snapped.
This set has cost me approx E 200.

The three smaller knives don´t get much use.

The sickle I added to my EDC a few weeks ago, so far I like it.
Thinking about buying the Antonini Old Bear sickle too.

I have a nice holster for my Felco. There´s a large, strong clip on the back.

My Opinel, about the same size, doesn´t fit as well because of the guard.

So I used the Felco to prune the Opinel to a more convenient size.

Tada!

The Felco in the pics above is a company issue. It´s not registered to me but to a former member of our workforce.     :D
