That's awesome dude!  :like:  How does it sound?

Remarkably good. But most importantly, it puts a smile on my face.  :D

I think it might benefit from an amp.

(Mind you, I can't play guitar...yet...so my assessments should be taken with a big pinch of salt.)

Looks amazing nix  :salute: Will you slide with it or chords?

I'd love to hear how you went about making such a beauty.

I thought it was a kit guitar, but it was about 95% assembled. Took all of 10-minutes to put together. It's fretless and, as I understand, meant to be used with a slide....which is what my soul craves. It's a three-string blues machine with open tuning (G-D-G). The only thing easier would be a one-string diddly bow. And that's not out of the question here if this one proves to be beyond my limited ablities.  ;)

I actually got this one as a starting point to mess with while I plan to actually build my own from scratch. 'Cuz that's the diddly bow & cigar box tradition. Lots for me to learn here.  :D

I'm about as musical as a catterwallin' cat but I do love to listen to good music of all kinds. I have found that the folks who play homemade insturments make the best musit. :climber:

With the open tuning you don't need much to make slide sound cool - it'll be the twiddly chording in between the slides that'll take the practise. good fun and Good luck

Way cool, Exeter.  8)

I'm starting to think we need to form an MTo band. Anybody have a drum kit? (I have a bodhrán which I play better than the guitar, but that doesn't seem to fill the band's needs.) We're also gonna need a guy on keyboards.

Now for a name......  "The Multitones"?

Yes, and my daughter as well!

Two of my favorite instruments are Yamahas from the late 80's early 90's.

Im not really a superstrat guy, but the neckthrough construction in the 1212s makes her a very confortable guitar, and with 3 switches and 3 push-pulls its also very versatile. In the future I will swap the two original singles for laces as well.

The bass is an RBX5, and it has an amazing neck. It doesn't feel like a "5 stringer". And the fact that it sounds well is a plus... :D
